Inside moderation dashboard, there is another navigation bar where following sections are available:
Messages
Moderators and supervisors can review and moderate the reported messages from all open channels utilising AI assisted moderation tools.
Channels
Facilitates the managing and searching of chat channels.
Users
Provides moderators with visibility into user profiles and the ability to enact bans or unbans as necessary.
Responsible Gambling
Identifies users showing signs of problematic gambling behavior through AI-powered chat analysis. Review RG scores, inspect flagged message histories, and manage alerts for users who need outreach or monitoring.
Moderation Logs
Logs all moderation actions and user interactions for future reference.
