Moderation Logs

The Moderation Logs section lets you view and export records of moderation actions and messages. This helps you track what’s happening in your channels and review any actions taken by moderators or the system.

#How to Use Moderation Logs

  1. Select a Date Range
    Use the date range selector at the top to choose which days you want to see logs for.

    You can select up to 7 days at a time.

  2. View Logs
    The logs table will show all moderation actions for the selected period.

    Each row includes:

    • Channel ID: Where the message was posted
    • Date & Time: When the message or action happened
    • Message: The content that was moderated
    • Source: Who or what triggered the moderation (e.g., system or manual)
    • Action: What was done (e.g., blacklisted, reported)
    • Offensiveness: How offensive the message was, as determined by AI
    • Reports: How many times the message was reported
    • Moderation Score: The score given by reporters
    • User: The user who sent the message
  3. Export Logs
    Click the Export to CSV button to download the logs you see as a CSV file.

    Only the logs currently displayed in the table will be exported.

  4. Loading and Errors

    • While logs are loading, you’ll see a loading indicator.
    • If no logs are found for your selected dates, you’ll see a message saying so.
    • If you select an invalid date or have no operator assigned, you’ll see a helpful error message.

Date Range Limit

You can only view up to 7 days at once.

Exporting

Use the export feature to save logs for reporting or further analysis.
