The User Profile provides a detailed view of an individual user's responsible gambling history. It combines score statistics, full flagged message history, and alert history in a single modal, giving moderators everything they need to assess a user's situation before deciding whether to act.
To open a User Profile, click any row in the Priority Queue or the Alerts table.

The top of the User Profile displays a summary of the user's key metrics for the current time window:
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| ID | The user's unique identifier |
| RG Score | The composite risk score for the selected window (0–100), displayed as a badge. See RG Score Reference for the full scoring model. |
| Incidents / Total | The number of flagged messages out of total messages sent within the window |
| Ratio | The percentage of this user's messages that were flagged |
| Change | Increase or decrease in flagged message count compared to the previous equivalent window. An upward arrow and positive number indicate worsening behavior. |
| Distinct Days | The number of separate calendar days within the window on which at least one flagged message was sent |
| Daily Max | The highest number of flagged messages sent on any single day within the window |

The User Profile has four tabs. The profile opens on the tab most relevant to where you clicked from — clicking from the Priority Queue opens Flagged Messages, and clicking from the Alerts table opens Alerts.
Displays the complete message history for this user within the operator's configured retention period. Use this tab to read the user's messages in context rather than in isolation. This can help you distinguish between a user with a genuine concern and one who was speaking figuratively or whose messages were misclassified.

Shows only messages that have already been removed by a moderator or by the automated moderation system. This tab is useful for reviewing prior moderation actions against this user.
Shows only the messages that were flagged by the classification model — that is, messages that received a probability score of 0.60 or above. For each message you can see:
Providing Feedback
For each flagged message, you can record whether the classification was accurate:

Feedback you provide on individual messages is used to fine-tune the classification model. Even a single confirmed or dismissed message contributes to improving future accuracy.
Shows the full alert history for this user, including both open and resolved alerts. For each alert you can see:

When viewing the Alerts tab, use the status selector to switch between Active alerts and Resolved alerts for this user. This makes it easy to see whether prior interventions were recorded and how long ago they occurred.
