The Priority Queue is the main working view of the Responsible Gambling module. It shows all users who have sent at least one flagged message within the selected time window, ranked so that the highest-risk users appear first.
Use this view to identify which users deserve the most immediate attention, review their behavioral signals at a glance, and open their detailed profile to investigate further.

The Priority Queue supports four time windows. Use the Period dropdown in the top bar to switch between them:
| Window | Primary use |
|---|---|
| 7 days | Daily triage and urgent prioritization |
| 30 days | Identifying sustained patterns over the past month |
| 180 days | Historical context during a user review |
| 365 days | Long-term tracking and compliance reporting |

Three controls are available in the top bar to narrow the list:
Search Type a user ID or username into the search field to find a specific user. The table updates as you type.
RG Score Filter Use the Score filter to set a minimum and maximum RG Score range. Only users whose score falls within that range will be shown. This is useful when you want to focus on a specific risk tier, for example users scoring 50 or above.

Each row in the Priority Queue represents one user. The columns show:
Click any row to open the full User Profile for that user. The profile shows the user's score breakdown, full flagged message history, and alert history in one place.
For full details on the User Profile, see User Profile.
The queue opens on the 7-day window by default. This is the primary operational window for day-to-day triage.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Username / ID | The user's display name and unique identifier |
| RG Score | The composite risk score for the selected window (0–100). Displayed as a badge — the higher the score, the greater the concern. See RG Score Reference for full details. |
| Incidents / Total | Number of flagged messages out of total messages sent within the window |
| Ratio | Percentage of the user's messages that were flagged within the window |
| Change | Increase or decrease in flagged message count compared to the previous equivalent window. A rising change value indicates worsening behavior. |
| Distinct Days | Number of separate calendar days within the window on which at least one flagged message was sent. Higher values indicate persistent rather than isolated behavior. |
| Daily Max | The highest number of flagged messages sent on any single day within the window. A high value suggests an acute daily spike. |
| Alert | Indicates whether an active alert exists for this user (Active), the alert was resolved (Resolved), or no alert has been triggered (—). |
Click any column header to sort the table by that column. Sorting by RG Score gives you the highest-risk users at the top. Sorting by Change surfaces users whose behavior is deteriorating most rapidly.
