Bet Concierge settings control how rate limiting is applied to your client's Bet Concierge API usage. These settings are configured at the client (organization) level and apply to all requests made under that client.
The Bet Concierge settings tab is only visible when the Bet Concierge product is enabled for the selected client. Guest users can view the settings but cannot make changes.

Settings are grouped into three sections: concurrent limits, user limits, and client limits.
These settings control how many simultaneous (in-flight) requests are allowed from the client at any one time.

The maximum number of requests that can be made concurrently by the client.

The time in seconds after which a concurrent request slot is released if no response has been received.
These settings govern per-user request quotas.

The multiplier applied to the user request limit for low-cost requests. A higher multiplier allows more low-cost requests relative to standard ones.

The time in seconds after which a user's rate-limit counter resets.
These settings define the overall quota and billing cycle for the client.

The maximum total number of requests the client can make within a billing period.

The cycle over which the client request limit is measured.
Week, MonthMonth
The day of the week or month on which the billing period starts.
When the billing period is set to Week, the value represents the day of the week (1 = Monday, 7 = Sunday). When set to , it represents the day of the month.

An optional override that sets the exact number of seconds after which the client's rate-limit window expires. If left empty, the window expiry falls back to the configured billing period.

The usage ratio at which the monitoring system triggers an alert. The value is compared against the ratio of requests used to the total client request limit, and drives the colour indicator on the Rate Limits page.
Click Save at the bottom of the Bet Concierge tab to apply your changes. The form will not submit if any field contains an invalid value. A success toast confirms the update, and the form reloads with the saved values.
MonthSet the client alert threshold to a value between 0 and 1 (exclusive) to receive an early warning before the limit is reached. For example, a value of 0.8 triggers the orange indicator when 80% of the quota has been consumed.
