Bet Concierge Settings

Bet Concierge settings control how rate limiting is applied to your client's Bet Concierge API usage. These settings are configured at the client (organization) level and apply to all requests made under that client.

#Accessing Settings

1. Navigate to the Dashboard.
2. Locate the client (organization) card and click its settings icon.
3. In the organization settings modal, select the Bet Concierge tab.

#Settings Reference

Settings are grouped into three sections: concurrent limits, user limits, and client limits.

---

#Concurrent Limits

These settings control how many simultaneous (in-flight) requests are allowed from the client at any one time.

#Concurrent request limit

The maximum number of requests that can be made concurrently by the client.

• Default: 60
• Minimum: 1

#Concurrent expiration time

The time in seconds after which a concurrent request slot is released if no response has been received.

• Default: 60 s
• Minimum: 1 s

---

#User Limits

These settings govern per-user request quotas.

#Low-cost request multiplier

The multiplier applied to the user request limit for low-cost requests. A higher multiplier allows more low-cost requests relative to standard ones.

• Default: 2
• Minimum: 1

#User expiration time

The time in seconds after which a user's rate-limit counter resets.

• Default: 86400 s (24 hours)
• Minimum: 1 s

---

#Client Limits

These settings define the overall quota and billing cycle for the client.

#Client request limit

The maximum total number of requests the client can make within a billing period.

• Default: 10,000
• Minimum: 1

#Billing period

The cycle over which the client request limit is measured.

• Options: Week, Month
• Default: Month

#Billing day

The day of the week or month on which the billing period starts.

• Default: 1
• Range: 1 – 31

#Client expiration time

An optional override that sets the exact number of seconds after which the client's rate-limit window expires. If left empty, the window expiry falls back to the configured billing period.

• Unit: seconds
• Minimum: 1 s (when set)
• Optional: yes — leave blank to use the billing period as the expiry

#Client alert threshold

The usage ratio at which the monitoring system triggers an alert. The value is compared against the ratio of requests used to the total client request limit, and drives the colour indicator on the Rate Limits page.

• Default: 0 (alerts disabled)
• Minimum: 0

#Saving Changes

Click Save at the bottom of the Bet Concierge tab to apply your changes. The form will not submit if any field contains an invalid value. A success toast confirms the update, and the form reloads with the saved values.
