The 24x7 section of the Virtual Stadium Moderation Interface is a dedicated control panel for managing the 24x7 continuous broadcast product. It gives operators visibility into the upcoming match schedule, an overview of their licensing, and full control over which sports, tournaments, and matches are prioritized and covered across broadcast types.
The 24x7 section is only visible when your client account has the 24x7 product enabled. If you do not see the 24x7 entry in the top navigation, contact your account manager.
24x7 is a continuous virtual sports broadcast product that fills gaps in a betting operator's schedule with virtual match content. The moderation interface gives operators the tools to:
The 24x7 section is designed for:
The 24x7 section is organized into three areas, accessible from the navigation bar at the top of the 24x7 section:
A rolling 5-day timeline of all upcoming and live matches. Pin priority matches to control broadcast order, view dead-time gaps, and filter to see only manually prioritized content.
Displays all licensed packages for the client, including their status and what widgets, sports, and tournaments are included.
Three JSON-based configuration pages — Sort Configuration, A/V Configuration, and Virtualization Configuration — that control match ordering and coverage settings.
The 24x7 section is client-level — all settings and data are scoped to the selected client, not to individual brands or operators. If no client is selected in the application context, the 24x7 section will show an empty state prompting you to select a client.
The section requires the client account to be associated with a bookmaker or store (a store client ID must be configured). Without this association, the Schedule page will display an unsupported state.
