Virtual Stadium Additional Languages

In addition to the languages above, Virtual Stadium also supports the following languages not generally available in other Sportradar widgets:

Regional Variants

Several languages have regional variants available, including Spanish (6 variants), English (2 variants), and Portuguese (2 variants). Use the specific regional code when you need localized content for that region.


#Requesting New Languages

If you need support for a language that is not currently available, you can request it through Sportradar support.

#Request Process

  1. Contact Support - Reach out through the dedicated communication channel
  2. Specify Language - Provide the required language details
  3. Timeline - Processing time varies and cannot be estimated
  4. Review & Testing - Approve translations before production deployment

#Requirements

  • Language must have sufficient market demand
  • Professional translation resources available

Translation Issues

If you find missing or incorrect translations, please report them through the dedicated communication channel. For brand-specific or custom terminology, use the custom translations feature below.


#Custom Translations

You can provide custom translations or override existing translations for specific terms or phrases in your widgets.

#Use Cases:
  • Brand-specific terminology
  • Regional dialect preferences
  • Custom sport or competition names
  • Legal or compliance-required wording
  • Different wording preferences

#Translation Tool

If you wish to replace Virtual Stadium translations with custom ones, you can use the Translation tool accessible on the Beradar portal.

#Access the Translation Tool:
  1. Navigate to Configuration tab > Translation Tool
  2. Set Product to Betting Entertainment Tools
  3. Select Messages Translations Overview

Deployment Required

After making changes in the Translation Tool, contact Sportradar support through the dedicated communication channel to coordinate deployment to production. Translation updates require a production deployment to take effect.

Language Code Format

Use the language code from the table above when configuring Virtual Stadium. For example, use 'de' for German or 'es' for Spanish.
