You can keep your existing URL, which will automatically redirect to Statshub. The redirect to the new URL and the solution will be handled by Sportradar, so there is no need to change or implement anything on your side.
s5.sir.sportradar.com/{alias} → redirect to statshub.sportradar.com/{alias}
No downtime expected. Migration will be handled seamlessly by Sportradar.
The staging link will stop working after two months. If you don't provide any feedback, your S5 will be redirected to Statshub automatically on March 31. 2026. If you will request changes (theming, landing, UI adjustments), we will provide timeline of expected delivery.
The desktop version of the solution allows for iFrame implementation within a container with a set height. If the content or scoreboard exceeds the height of the container, a scrollbar will appear inside the container. The solution is responsive and will adapt to any width up to 375 pixels without losing functionality.
In this case, you also need to provide the domain to be whitelisted to bet-integrations@sportradar.com.
If your StatsHub is being loaded within an iFrame, we will need to additionally obtain the domain of the iFrame and whitelist it within our systems. If this is not done, you may experience CORS related errors when loading StatsHub.
This is a hosted solution and all of the configuration is done by Sportradar BET Integration team (bet-integrations@sportradar.com). Please find Client Configuration Guide.

Your coloring and customizations are carried over from S5 to Statshub.
StatsHub supports a stable deeplink API using Sportradar entity IDs. The format is:
statshub.sportradar.com/{your alias}/{language}/entity/sr:{type}:{id}
For example, to link to a match: /entity/sr:match:12345, to a team: /entity/sr:competitor:2672, to a tournament: /entity/sr:tournament:17.
For the full list of supported entity types and query parameters, see the Deeplinks documentation. Links work only from whitelisted domains. For domain whitelisting please contact bet-integrations@sportradar.com.
